RESOLUTION 3

April 1, 2015.

  1. Each partner school will try out and evaluate ( see Teacher’s evaluation sheet on the project webpage) at least 2 of the offered teaching activities from each meeting. The minimum number of the activities that have to be tried out during the project is 10, but the partners are free to try out more than 10. One activity will be obligatory to try out.

  1. All partner schools send their Learning/teaching activities from both meetings to Indra by April 15, 2015.( See the sample of Learning/teaching template on the website)

  2. The 3rd teaching/learning activity (C3/ C9) will be on September 28 – October 2, 2015 in Greece on creative methods in teaching exact subjects.

  3. Each partner school will create a number of activities on the above mentioned theme. All the parts of the activity ( preparation, introduction, evaluation, etc.) will last up to 45 minutes.

  4. Latvia, Lithuania and Turkey will include 2 boys in the delegation, Germany – 1 boy. The names have to be sent to Maria by the end of May.

  5. There will be a Skype conference on September 21 for the delegations to greet each other.

  6. Maria and Ianis will send the programme of their meeting by September 20. We will have 2 separate programmes – the students’ programme and the teachers’ programme. Please, send only the final version of the programme

  7. Each participant ( including students) should have a copy of the project meeting programme. Project meeting coordinators are responsible to ensure it.

  8. The learning/teaching activities will start not earlier than at 10 o’clock.

  9. Starting from the teaching/learning activities in Greece we will have 2 teaching activities per day with an interval between the activities.

  10. The 1st day ( Monday) will be devoted to getting to know each other activities.

  11. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday will be teaching/learning activity days.

  12. Thursday will be a full day sightseeing day organized by the host school.

  13. The farewell party will be organized on Thursday evening after the day trip.

  14. Teachers should be allowed to have free time in Teachers’ room if there is a need. If possible have a separate place for coordinators to discuss things during coordinators’ meeting.

  15. The theme for the international evening in Greece will be “Present your country”( no PowerPoint presentations, please! 10 -15 minute long )

  16. The partner schools will prepare a stand with national food for the international evening.

  17. During the meeting in Germany (November 30 – December 4, 2015) participants will prepare the food for the international evening in the school kitchen.

  18. The teaching/ learning activity organizers have to be informed about the special needs students who will participate in the activity.

  19. While carrying out the created activities the host school (4 Gymnasio of Thessaloniki) will video-film the activities. The material will be placed in the project platform www.erasmusgrobina.lv

  20. Maria will prepare a list of all the participants of the Greek meeting. The list has to include the dates, the venue, the aim of the activity and the programme. ( See the project website) During the meeting all the participants will sign in the list.

  21. Barbara will send Indra Teacher’s evaluation sheet and corrected Students’ evaluation sheet by April 10 to be placed on the website.

  22. Ferda will send certificate template to Indra by April 10.

  23. Every partner country will add a rhyme to the project song and it will be sung during the international evening.

  24. In the receipts coordinators get for project expenses (transportation, food, etc.) where it is possible translation in English is added. Preferably separate receipts should be issued for food, transportation, museums, etc.

  25. Every host country will provide to the guests:

* 1 official dinner for teachers

* 2 lunches for students and teachers

* Transportation of 1 day trip in their country

  1. Coordinators are responsible for accommodating the students in suitable families where there are grown-ups to look after the children.

  2. Teachers participating in the activities are responsible for students’ behaviour during the project meetings. Everybody respects the activities offered by the hosts and each other.
