  1. Each partner school will try out and evaluate (see Teacher’s evaluation sheet on the project webpage) at least 2 of the offered teaching activities from each meeting. The minimum number of the activities that have to be tried out during the project is 10, but the partners are free to try out more than 10. One activity will be obligatory to try out.

  2. The activities that are to be taught are as follows:

  1. In case there are some questions how to teach a certain activity, get the information directly from the author of the activity.

  2. In order to place the activity materials on the platform quicker, Inge will send the video filmed lessons burned on a DVD by post to Indra by December 31.

  3. Indra will check if all the video materials on the platform can be opened.

  4. The 5th teaching/learning activity (C5/ C11) will be on February 14 – 20, 2016 in Italy on teaching humanitarian subjects.

  1. Each partner school will create a number of activities on the above mentioned theme. All the parts of the activity (preparation, introduction, evaluation, etc.) will last up to 45 minutes.

  2. There will be a Skype conference on January 20 for the delegations to greet each other.

  3. The Italian team will send the programme of their meeting by January 20. We will have 2 separate programmes – the students’ programme and the teachers’ programme.

  4. By December 10 all the coordinators will send Paola or Barbara the flight times and participants’ names in the Italian meeting.

  5. Each participant (including students) should have a copy of the project meeting programme. Project meeting coordinators are responsible to ensure it.

  6. The learning/teaching activities will start not earlier than at 10 o’clock. There will be 2 teaching activities per day with an interval between the activities.

  7. The 1st day (Monday) will be devoted to getting to know each other activities.

  8. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday will be teaching/learning activity days.

  9. Thursday will be a full day sightseeing day organized by the host school.

  10. The international evening will be organized on Wednesday evening. The theme for the international evening will be “ Love around us”. Each delegation will prepare a performance on love theme

(song, dance, play, etc.) and will have some items of food on love theme (chocolates in the shape of a heart, etc.)

  1. Teachers should be allowed to have free time in Teachers’ room if there is a need. If possible have a separate place for coordinators to discuss things during coordinators’ meeting.

  2. The teaching/ learning activity organizers have to be informed about the special needs students who will participate in the activity.

  3. The taught activities will be video-filmed by the organizers. The material will be placed in the project platform

  4. Barbara will prepare a list of all the participants of the Italian meeting. The list has to include the dates, the venue, the aim of the activity and the programme. ( See the project website) During the meeting all the participants will sign in the list.

  5. The Italian team will add a rhyme to the project song and it will be sung during the international evening.

  6. Raimonda will send a recording of the project song to be placed on the project platform.

  7. Inge will send the final version of the project song lyrics to be placed on the project platform.

  8. In the receipts coordinators get for project expenses (transportation, food, etc.) where it is possible translation in English is added. Preferably separate receipts should be issued for food, transportation, museums, etc. For some schools receipts for the cash paid need to be added.

  9. Every host country will provide to the guests:

* 1 official dinner for teachers

* 2 lunches for students and teachers

* Transportation of 1 day trip in their country

  1. Coordinators are responsible for accommodating the students in suitable families where there are grown-ups to look after the children.

  2. Teachers participating in the activities are responsible for all students’ behaviour during the project meetings. Everybody respects the activities offered by the hosts and each other.

  3. Schools can send no more than 3 students and 4 teachers to the learning/teaching activities. The 4th teacher will cover the expenses himself.

  4. The teachers will get certificates for attending the organized seminar on teaching methods.

  5. During the meeting in Italy the participants will watch a 15 minute long material on the meeting in Germany. Each video-taped lesson will be placed on the project platform separately.

  6. Teachers have to be more precise on explaining their created activity applying step by step explanation and adding scanned visuals.

  7. The theme for the teachers’ seminar in Italy will be “ How to Use CLIL Method in Lessons”

  8. The theme for the teachers’ seminar in Latvia will be “ How to Motivate Students to Learn Languages”.

  9. The dates for the Latvian meeting is April 17 ( arrival) – April 23 ( departure), 2016.

  10. The last meeting in Greece will be on July 15 ( arrival) – 19 ( departure), 2016

  11. Send the finalised versions of the lesson plans taught in Greece to Indra by December 13.
