Erasmus + project Nr. 2014-1-LV01-KA201-000431 1 „How to Make Education |Process Attractive to the Teenagers of the 21st Century”



March 1, 2015.

  1. The created lesson templates for the learning/teaching activity in Turkey will be improved and sent to Indra by April 1.
  2. In April the teachers who participated in the activity in Turkey will choose an activity placed on the project platform and send a reflection on the activity to Indra by May 1.

  1. Each partner school will summarise the evaluation of their teaching activity and mark it in the Students’ evaluation sheet, mentioning the name of the school. The sheets will be sent to Indra by March 15.
  2. The teachers’ evaluation sheet will be discussed in Lithuania during the 2nd learning/teaching activity.
  3. All the project activities will start on Monday afternoon and we will work longer in the evening to have a full day work. The activities will finish on Friday, the work will start at 7.30 and finish at 16.00
  4. The teaching/ learning activity organizers have to be informed about the special needs students who will participate in the activity.
  5. The 2nd teaching/learning activity (C 1/ C7) on March 23 – 27, 2015 will be devoted to creative methods of making students think about their future career. Each partner school will create a number of activities on the above mentioned theme. All the parts of the activity ( preparation, introduction, evaluation, etc.) will last up to 45 minutes.
  6. The learning/teaching activities will start not earlier than at 10 o’clock.
  7. While carrying out the created activities the host school (Bartuve school) will video-film the activities. The material will be placed in the project platform
  8. The partner schools will prepare a stand with national food and 2 games to be taught to the others for the international evening.
  9. There will be a Skype conference after the learning/teaching activity in April. The exact date will be decided upon in Lithuania.
  10. The Greek partners will create a Facebook page called “Attractive Erasmus+” for the students to discuss the project ideas by March 15.
  11. Raimonda will prepare a list of all the participants for the signatures. The list has to include the dates, the venue, the aim of the activity and the programme.
  12. Ferda will prepare the 1st page of the participants list mentioning the dates, the venue, the aim of the activity and the programme and the signatures of the Turkish participants.
